“Mr. Spears has engaged in stalling and obstruction – for more than six months – in evading his statement and repeatedly failing to respond to simple requests for background information,” Rosengart wrote.

That background information includes the following two questions, depending on the filing:

  • What is the total fee that James Spears (or any entity with any interest in) has or has received from Britney Spears or the estate?
  • What are the total fees that Tri Star Sports & Entertainment (or any of its affiliates) have received or received from Britney Spears or the property?

Rosengart’s submission continues on another key point: the accusation that Jimmy used “inappropriate and abusive” legal strategies against his daughter while obstructing the financial investigation.
