In an interview with HT Lifestyle, Dr. Miki Mehta, renowned holistic therapist and lifestyle coach shared, “Optimal movement therapy for kids will make it easier to open all their joints, increase growth hormones, improve heart and lung condition, improve oxygen in the body, increase strength in the limbs and agility. 8. Dinner must take place between 6:30 pm – 7 pm.

9. Children should sleep well to recover, become full and grow tall.

Deepal Modi, a yoga teacher and coach, suggested that “Meditation is very important.
