According to the documents, Kari and Afanasyev “willfully and willfully engage in a campaign to infringe [Stone’s] Copyright in the work…for commercial gain, personal profit, unjust enrichment of defendants, irreparable injury, and financial loss” for Stone.

Carey’s representative declined to comment when contacted by The Washington Post.
